‘in recognition of further specially distinguished service’

District Secretary Terry Murray received the Bar to the Silver Acorn in the Scout Association's St George's Day Awards for 2011.

Terry was presented with the award before attending the annual Scout parade in Winsor Castle.

The award was re-presented in front of the District during our St George's service by County Commissioner Jef Ledger.

Following the service a buffet reception for Terry was held in the District Scout Centre.
