12th Darlington Scout Group – Beavers Sleepover
We’ve had a brilliant time on our Beavers sleepover! After a great train ride to our home for the night, we made some delicious soup for supper before heading out on a night walk to explore. There was even time for a quick play in the playground before enjoying our soup and toast together.
Then it was time to set up our tents and try to get some sleep… though excitement levels were high and actual sleeping took a little while! Fortunately, the leaders were well-stocked with tea and coffee.
The next morning, the Beavers (who really did sleep in the end!) enjoyed a hearty breakfast feast before helping each other pack away tents and bags. We finished off with some creative fun using conkers and leaf printing.
All the Beavers were fantastic and hopefully had a great time — and, thankfully, no random socks or pants were left behind!
