27th Darlington Cubs Visit Clervaux Garden School Farm
The 27th Darlington Cubs recently enjoyed a fun-filled, educational trip to Clervaux Garden School Farm, discovering firsthand the journey our food takes from farm to fork.
This hands-on adventure gave our Cubs the chance to:
- Feed and care for animals
- Help clean out the barn
- Harvest fresh vegetables from the garden
More than just a day out, the visit taught our young Cubs the importance of sustainable farming, animal welfare, and respect for the environment. It was a powerful reminder of how much care and effort goes into producing the food we enjoy every day.
A massive thank you to the amazing team at Clervaux for their warm welcome and for making the experience so memorable. We left with muddy boots, smiling faces, and a deeper appreciation of nature’s role in our daily lives.
